Our client, a growing consultancy firm, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on implementation experience supporting Legal Service Delivery (LSD) initiatives to join the team remotely on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will configure, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions supporting legal operations, matter management, request intake, workflows and associated business processes.
Responsibilities
Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, forms and business rules to support Legal Service Delivery (LSD) processes.
Implement and customize LSD functionality, including intake forms, routing, approvals, task management and reporting.
Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies and script includes in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
Participate in requirements-gathering sessions, solution design discussions and iterative development cycles.
Support testing, defect resolution, release and deployment activities for LSD implementations.
Create and maintain technical documentation covering platform configurations and customizations.
Collaborate remotely with project teams, business stakeholders and fellow developers to deliver effective solutions.
Skillset
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications in production or project environments.
Practical experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, as well as Flow Designer, Workflow and catalog development.
Previous experience with Legal Service Delivery, legal operations or related ServiceNow modules and applications.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations or reporting.
Additional ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) are desirable.
Ability to work fully remotely and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
