As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, ensuring surgical procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures. This role requires precision, quick thinking, and a dedication to patient care.
Join our team and enjoy the Best in the Industry Pay Packages with a competitive weekly pay of $1846.00. Additionally, you'll receive a $25,000 Life Insurance Policy effective from Day One, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance available starting the 1st of the month after hire. Paid Time Off accrues from Day 1, with eligibility after 1 year of employment and a 401(k) plan available after 1 year, fully vested after 5 years.
